    Help improve the quality of life of people living in the area of operations of Roxas Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

    Our Mission

    We are the designated corporate social responsibility arm of the Roxas Holdings, Inc. (RHI). Long engaged in providing resources and opportunities and promote the development of communities in its area of operation, the Roxas Foundation, Inc. is more focused and better connected to plan and execute RHI’s corporate social responsibility projects in the communities around the Group’s plant site following the principles of self-reliance and total human development.

    We prioritize education, health and human services, socio-economic development and security and shelter tenure, consistent with the interests of RHI and its subsidiaries.

    Areas of Operation

    We operate in the areas covering Batangas and Negros Occidental provinces.

  • Decades of Social Works and Development

    Roxas Foundation Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization which established its main office in Metro Manila but the activities and programs are being implemented in Nasugbu and La Carlota.

    The Foundation started to implement socio economic programs with the assistance of major partners-donors such as the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

    RFI organized cooperatives and assisted the community in implementing projects to build capital and generate income to support the organization’s operations. The partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment provided the residents of Barangay Tumalim in Nasugbu the Poverty Free Zone Program while that of Levi Strauss Foundation, Inc. – Advised Fund of PBSP gave skills training for the youth.

    Also, various socio-economic development projects in La Carlota communities have been implemented in partnership with the German Development Service and Australian Agency for International Development (CIDA).

    Nearing the end of 2013, the Foundation forged a partnership with World Bank through the implementation of Community Benefits Plan (CBP). The project benefitted residents in selected areas of La Carlota and Pontevedra in Negros Occidental.

    Under sports development, the Foundation has provided football training support and offered a competition venue to encourage the youth in playing football and other sports. It organized various football competitions and invited teams from the different schools in the community to participate together with the Department of Education and other socio civic clubs.

    At present, the Roxas Foundation, Inc. operates around three main functional areas namely, Social Services, Social Enterprise and Resource Generation. It also operates the RFI Training Center.
